The chalet was designed and built in the 1960s by a local architect - Morin - for his own use and therefore we believe that it is a unique property. It certainly has a quirky retro 70s feel which clients and friends seem to love. The chalet is especially good for large groups.  The chalet offers unparalleled accommodation in terms of sheer living space and value for money.
The chalet is large and comfortable with living space of over 450sqm (4500 sq feet) and great for groups of all ages. The lounge is truly enormous at 25 x 25 foot and offers adults a quiet haven in the evening

The chalet is available fully catered and all meals are prepared by our chef assisted by 2 chalet hosts.  Cooked breakfast is available on 6 mornings.  Wednesday is the staff day off and so a cold buffet will be laid out for you.  Breakfast typically consists of porridge and a choice of cereals, freshly baked bread, toast, pain au chocolat and croissants, jams and preserves, eggs, sausages, bacon and tomatoes, fruit, yoghurts and a selection of teas, freshly filtered coffee and a choice of fruit juice.

Breakfast is cooked to order for each guest.
Afternoon tea is provided daily with a selection of home made cakes and pastries served with a selection of teas, freshly filtered coffee and hot chocolate.

A four course dinner will be served on 6 evenings to the adults and will be served with complimentary local bottled wines.  All the meals are hearty and use fresh local ingredients.  The food is a fusion of traditional Savoyarde with a modern European twist.
A typical evening menu would be:-
Caramelised onion and camembert tart
Coq au Vin with rock salt roasted potatoes, honey roasted carrots and broccoli
Pain au chocolat bread and butter pudding
A selection of local cheese
Freshly filtered coffee and mints.
All dietary requirements can be catered for from vegetarian through to vegan as well as coeliac and any allergies including nut, wheat dairy etc.  We ask for dietary requirements about 4 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

They also offer unlimited wine and beer packages which are available until midnight every day, for a weekly supplement of 45 euros pppw (payable locally).  Additionally we offer packed lunches or restaurant packages – all of which make it easier for the group to budget for their holiday.  We also arrange airport transfers, ski hire direct to chalet, lift passes and ski lessons.  We would take the group out ski guiding on 3 days and can cope with all abilities although we do insist that guests can get on and off a chair lift and can ski withour falling down a green or blue run.

We would have 2 ski guides available and would split the group by ability so one beginner / internediate and one intermediate / advanced.  The groups would probably meet up for lunch so movement between the groups would be possible.

Quiz nights are always popular as are table tennis tournaments.  As discussed we are happy to arrange for 2 pick ups in town in the evenings - at 1am and at 2am (or earlier if we don’t fancy a late one!).  These lifts would carry a small charge of 5 euros pp.  We attempt to take as much of the organisation away from you as possible – we can arrange the transfers, ski hire, lessons and lift passes.  We use online systems which each member of your group can access to book their ski equipment, lift passes, transfers and any other extras that they may want.

Morzine is a fabulous place to ski with a large group as there is something for everybody from beginners through to advanced.  It is a traditional ski village but with lots of apres-ski activity including fabulius restaurants, bars and nightclubs as well as an ice skating rink, evening skiing and their famous ice hockey team.  The ski schools are excellent and all instructors speak fabulous English.  We have links in to an English ski school and are happy to offer advice.  The Portes du Soleil offers 650km of great skiing from the infamous Wall through to skiing over to and enjoying lunch in Switzerland.

We have been back from the holiday for two weeks now and we are still all buzzing from the great time we had.  The accommodation exceeded expectation and was most comfortable.  In particular the we all felt that the holiday was enhanced by the superb hosting of Sandie, Marshall & Toby. They were really excellent!
